PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a hollow core material for expanded diameter support rapidly and easily by nicking a threaded groove to be screwed into the inner peripheral face of a manual drawing device in a part or across the entire length of the outer peripheral face, in the longitudinal direction, of a cylindrical body of a polymeric material and forming an inlet into which a core material rotating bar is inserted on the end part of the threaded groove. SOLUTION: A thread to be screwed into the inner peripheral face of a core material supporting plate 12 is formed in one end side of the outer peripheral face of a hollow core material 11 for expanded diameter support, and an inlet 14 for inserting a core material rotating bar a threaded up to the intermediate position of an axial direction, is formed on the end part on one end side of the outer peripheral face of the hollow core material 11. That is, a female thread to be engaged with the core material 11 for expanded diameter support, is formed on the inner peripheral face side of the core material supporting plate 12. Next, an inlet 15 for a supporting plate rotating bar threaded up to the intermediate position of the axial direction, is formed above the core material support plate 12. In addition, the hollow core material 11 is supported in the axial direction at the upper part of the core material support plate 12. Further, coating material support bars 13 with an angle same as the oblique face of the end part of a cylindrical coating material 9 are attached. |
