PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject decorative sheet having excellent surface feeling, printing property and processability and capable of providing wall paper having low heat generation property and high foaming property by adding a plasticizer to a polyester resin. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is composed of (A) a copolyester containing at least one kind of ester unit selected from an 8-14C aromatic dicarboxylic acid and (B) a foaming flexible polyester layer softened by introducing a plasticizer. Preferably, the component A is amorphous, e.g. a polyester containing an ester unit of an acid such as terephthalic acid or isophthalic acid, etc., is exemplified. The component B is preferably a compound containing a polyalkylene oxide having a structural unit of the formula [R1 and R2 are each CnH2n+1; (n) is 0 or more than 1; (m)>=1], and its mixing amount is preferably 5-40 pts.wt. By the process, a decorative sheet having properties comparable to a decorative sheet obtained from a former flexible polyvinyl chloride resin can be expected.
