PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate rail installation work even in a boundary part of land and a bridge, and sufficiently ensure strength of the boundary part. SOLUTION: A rail installation structure consists of rails 10 installed on land 21 and a bridge 21, and sleepers 1, 2 laid under the rails 10 so as to cross with the rails 10. Sleeper main bodies 1 located in the boundary part of the land 20 and the bridge 21 consist of a shape that at least one side in a crossing direction Y with the rails 1 is inclined. This one side is laid along the borderline 22 between the land 20 and the bridge 21, and a sleeper main body 1 is composed of a plate that consists of a fiber reinforced hard synthetic resin foaming body.
