PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging bean sprouts in the lengthwise direction thereof and an arranging-packaging method for the bean sprouts. SOLUTION: In a primary arrangement unit 6, a frame member for arrangement having two parallel and vertical plates is disposed in a receiving tray, and bean sprouts are received in the receiving tray in an arranged state under vibration while being fed from a feed part 2. Then, in a secondary arrangement unit 8, the arranged state of the bean sprouts in the receiving tray is further improved under vibration, while the receiving tray in which the bean sprouts are received in the arranged state is covered with a lid member whose interior is divided by two parallel and vertical plates. The bean sprouts arranged in each receiving tray are transferred to a packaging bag or a pack to be packaging for sale. Since the bean sprouts are put in the arranged state, no bending force works on them even in the case of deaeration and packaging. Accordingly, the bean sprouts are not broken and damaged.
