PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, lightweight and compact cap device for warming hair, which can easily be handled while enhancing a uniform warming effect to the respective parts of the hair or the sculp in hair treatment such as permanent wave. SOLUTION: A hair cap is formed of heating sheet 1 to be heated by electrification while covering both the sides of the heating sheet 1 with covers 2 and this instrument is provided with a detection means for detecting an internal temperature and a control means for controlling the temperature detected by the detection means on the inner surface side of the cover 2. Besides, the planar heating element 1 and the cover 2 for the planar heating element 1 are divided into plural blocks. Further, a holder is provided for holding a control box on the backrest of a chair, on which a person to be treated sits down, or shoulder of the person to be treated.
