PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet delivering device capable of effectively receiving a sheet at a side of a sheet brake device. SOLUTION: A sheet to be treated is delivered to a sheet brake device 11 in a conveying direction 25. To effectively receive the sheet at the side of the device 11, a sheet guiding device 24 for guiding the sheet to the device 11 while delivering the sheet by effectively operating a side edge of the sheet in the direction 25 is provided.
