PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To only continuously push a clip without pulling an operating wire to several steps when the clip pinches tissues of a living body and is indwelt in a cavity in the living body. SOLUTION: A clip 1 which is freely removably mounted on the apex part 3a of an operating pipe 3 which can be inserted into a cavity in a living body and is pushed out of the operating pipe by means of an operating wire 4 freely back and forth inserted into this operating pipe is provided and the clip has a closing and contracting way in a direction of closing the apex part of a pair of arm bodies 1b extending from the base end part 1a and a guiding rib 6 formed on the inside face of the apex part of the operating pipe is fitted between facing faces 5a of projected parts 5 provided on the side parts of these arm bodies and in addition, these arm bodies are extended in the direction separating the apex parts of the arm bodies by means of a width-extending rib 7 formed continuously to this guiding rib and after the arm bodies pass through this width-extending rib, the arm bodies close together based on the closing and contracting way. |
