PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent viruses from intruding into the body by storing a wet gauze and a heating element heating it in a mask, and generating moisture in the mask via the heating of the heating element. SOLUTION: A gauze 8 wetted with water is stored in a gauze mask 6, and a thin film heater 3 is provided on one face of the gauze 8 as a heating element. The heater 3 is excited by a power supply via lead wires 10, and the excitation to the heater 3 is automatically adjusted at a proper temperature state via a temperature-sensing thermostat 4. When the heater 3 is heated, steam is generated from the wet gauze 8, and the steam is applied to the throat, nose and trachea to prevent the intrusion of viruses. The intrusion of dust and hogweed or cedar pollen is prevented by a heat rise on the outside of the mask. |
