摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of steam reforming carbon compound, capable of reforming pyrolyzed gas of a pyrolytic furnace to good-quality and high- caloride gas capable of being cleaned and cooled, enlarging uses of an effectively utilizable pyrolyzed gas and miniaturizing cleaning and cooling equipments and to provide a facility for steam reforming. SOLUTION: Pyrolytic gasification system is equipped with a pretreating equipment 1 for breaking or disintegrating wastes, apyrolyzing and reforming furnace 2 for burning the wastes, a gas-cleaning equipment 4 for cleaning and cooling crude fuel gas and a steam heating equipment 10 for feeding high temperature steam into the pyrolyzing and reforming furnace 2. The steam heating equipment heats steam to be in >=800 deg.C ultrahigh temperature area and sends out 800 deg.C to 1,000 deg.C high-temperature steam to a high-temperature steam feed line HS. The high temperature steam is introduced through a high-temperature steam feed line into the furnace area of the pyrolyzing and reforming furnace 2 and mixed with pyrolyzed gas in the pyrolyzing and reforming furnace 2 and steam reforming reaction of a carbon compound is started and advanced in the pyrolyzing and reforming furnace 2.</p>
