HEATING CYLINDER BASE PART TEMPERATURE ADJUSTING APPARATUS OF INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply check and adjust the flow rate of a temp. adjusting medium and to enhance the maintenance property of a flow rate adjustable heating cylinder base part temp. adjusting apparatus while reducing the cost thereof. SOLUTION: In the heating cylinder base part temp. adjusting apparatus provided to the heating cylinder base part of an injection molding machine to supply a temp. adjusting medium to a flow channel to adjust the temp. of the heating cylinder base part, a flow rate adjusting mechanism 16 of the temp. adjusting medium and a flow rate detecting mechanism 17 thereof are provided in the vicinity of the heating cylinder base part on the arranging side of the operation panel of the injection molding machine so that a flow rate confirming and adjusting position is set to a position usually operating the injection molding machine. By this constitutin, the flow rate of the temp. adjusting medium is simply checked and adjusted and a maintenance property is enhanced and cost is reduced.
