PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join an earthquake resistant member having a joining part of steel frame structure to upper and lower reinforced concrete beams simply and with high strength. SOLUTION: A joining structure of a shear panel 7 which is disposed between upper and lower reinforced concrete beams 2 and of which the joining parts 8 are made to be of steel frame structure has a steel material 4b for upper-side joining which is embedded in the reinforced concrete beam 2 on the upper side and of which the end part projects downward, a steel material 4a for lower-side joining which is embedded in the reinforced concrete beam 2 on the lower side and of which the end part projects upward and reinforcing members 6 which reinforce the upper and lower reinforced concrete beams 2, and the joining parts 8 of the shear panel 7 are joined to the steel material 4b for upper-side joining and the steel material 4a for lower-side joining by high-strength bolts 10 with connecting plates 9 interposed.
