PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction jig keeping sufficient vacuum suction force and a device using it by sucking an object like a hollow cylindrical fiber winding body whose surface has permeability property by a vacuum pump used in general in a device sucking the object by utilizing vacuum force and hoisting and conveying it. SOLUTION: A structure of this suction jig comprises a vacuum passage connection pipe passage 2 which is connected with a vacuum force source and is communicated with a negative pressure generation region 18, an adhesion panel 4 on which the vacuum passage connection pipe passage and a hoisting member are fixed, at least two bars of pads 6, 8 which are mounted in concentric or concentric elliptical shape by providing a mutual interval so as to give a negative pressure generation region between a bottom face of the adhesion panel and a sucked object on the bottom face of the adhesion panel and are made of a plastic elastic body, a communicating port 4a which is opened in the negative pressure generation region and is communicated with the vacuum passage connection pipe passage, and a negative pressure reducing means 10 provided in a central part on the bottom face of the adhesion panel.
