SOLUTION: When a divided seedling placing stand 16D capable of attaching and detaching a seedling placing stand of two rows of at one side of right or left is constituted and the divided seedling placing stand 16D can be placed and fixed at the upper side of a residual main seedling placing stand 16M to form a rice transplanter of 8 row planting, seedling mat pressers 36 to be arranged on each of rows of the seedling placing stand are integrally connected from the divided seedling placing stand 16D side for two rows, three rows and three rows.
