PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert the rotating torque of a spiral body into the propelling force of a sliding car body by the rotation of the spiral body, and to run the sliding car body by continuing the contact rotation of the spiral body. SOLUTION: At the propelling part 2 of a sliding car body 1 which can slide on a snow surface M, two spiral bodies 3 made by setting a spiral vane on the outer peripheral surface of a rotating shaft are provided in a parallel form at both the left side and the right side positions by setting the rotating axial line in the sliding direction, so as to provide a driving mechanism 5 to rotate the spiral bodies. Since this structure obtains the propelling force by rotating the spiral bodies 3, it can be made in a very simple structure, the small size and the light weight can be realized, and the manufacture cost is also reduced remarkably. The energy loss is also little, a high speed can be realized, and it can be utilized for many purposes.
