PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak of secret information from occurring when a renewal of any information being related to a vehicle. SOLUTION: This number plate sets up a storage part 16 consisting of a semiconductor device wherein information to be related to a vehicle is stored in a sealed part 14 to be attached to a mounting part of a number plate body 12. Then, one end of a connecting part 18 is connected to the storage part 16, and further, the other end is extended to the outside of the sealed part 14, whereby all communications by wire or wireless are carried out between the storage part 16 and a radio set to be set up at the inside or outside of the vehicle. When the number plate is removed from the vehicle, the semiconductor device of the storage part 16 is simultaneously broken together with the sealed part, so that a leak of secret information is thus preventable from occurring.
