PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate rotating operation of a cap via a gripping part and smoothly and lightly attach and remove a cap by providing a gripping part projected over the outside diameter of the cap on a cap cover put on a cap of an opening part of a radiator. SOLUTION: A cap covering body 2 is put on a cap 1 put on an opening part of a radiator and integrated therewith to form a cap body 10. The cap covering body 2 is formed to include a grip part 4, a flange part 15 and a cap-fitting part 5 by using pure aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The grip part 4 is provided with six cutout parts 3 formed at equal spaces on the upper surface of the flange part 15, and when the cap 1 is attached and removed, the cutout parts are held to cause the cap 1 to attach and remove. The cap fitting part 5 is provided on the lower side of the flange part 15, and the cap 1 fitted to the cap fitting part 5 is formed by an upper cover 6 and a tap 8.
