PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a rope around a drum in an aligned condition and to suppress early wear of a roller or the rope. SOLUTION: A roller 43 is displaced between a rope pressing position where a main winding rope 8 is pressed against a main winding drum 11 and a rope release position where the main winding rope 8 is released by providing the roller 43 on a rod 41E of a hydraulic cylinder 41 and expanding and shrinking the rod 41E. Consequently, it is possible to wind the main winding rope 8 around the main winding drum 11 in an aligned condition by displacing the roller 43 to the rope pressing position, for example, when the main winding rope 8 is wound around the main winding drum 11. On the other hand, when the main winding rope 8 is reeled out from the main winding drum 11, the roller 43 is displaced to the rope release position to avoid friction generated between the main winding rope 8 to be reeled out and the roller 43 and prolong service life of the roller 43 or the main winding rope 8.
