PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a trash bag and trash get stuck on needles, cannot be pulled out, and do not drop in a glove bucket for incinerator in which the needles are provided and protrude to increase bag breaking effect. SOLUTION: A glove arm 14 is fixed on a shaft 2 forming a double structure by inserting a cylindrical body, and a take-off arm 9 is fixed on the cylindrical body. A pair of shafts 2 are connected by a link mechanism and turn in the reverse directions for each other by a hydraulic cylinder to open and close the glove arm 14. A pair of cylindrical bodies are connected by the link mechanism in the same way and turn in the reverse directions for each other by the hydraulic cylinder to turn the take-off arm 9. The glove arm 14 has mounting parts 18 protruding inwards at a fixed interval, and a needle 19 is provided and protrudes in each mounting part 18. The take-off arm 9 has a long groove in the longitudinal direction, and the needle 19 protrudes through the long groove. When the take-off arm 9 is opened or closed while the glove arm 14 is opened, a trash bag and trash got stuck on the needle 19 protruding through the groove are scraped off and dropped.
