PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make garbage reusable as resources during vehicle travel in a short time by segregating a packing material from the garbage. SOLUTION: This garbage recycling vehicle makes garbage housed in a packing material reusable as resources. In this case, the vehicle is equipped with: a garbage carrying device 2 for carrying the garbage onto the vehicle upper part, a packing material crushing device 3 for cruising a packing material for the carried garbage, a packing material segregating device 4 for segregating the packing material from the garbage, and a garbage decomposing device 6 for decomposably treating the segregated bargage by a microorganism.
