PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform the outside of a vehicle of the presence of a person or an animal in a vehicle compartment when a temperature inside the vehicle compartment becomes abnormal. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 1 and a seat sensor 2 are provided in a vehicle compartment. When the temperature sensor 1 provided in the vehicle compartment indicates that a temperature exceeds a specific temperature and the presence of a person or an animal is detected by the seat sensor 2, the presence of the person or the animal inside the vehicle compartment having abnormal high temperature is informed to the outside using a light, a horn, and a telephone provided in the vehicle compartment. At the same time, a door lock is released. As a result, it is possible to prevent such accident that the person who cannot open and close a door by himself dies by the heat accumulated in the vehicle compartment.
