PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which shows high scratch-resistance and also is free from the generation of rupture or whitening during V-cut processing. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet has at least a transparent resin layer 1 of a resin composition made up of a highly crystallized polypropylene resin, as a main body resin, having 10,000 kgf/cm2 or higher and 22,000 kgf/cm2 or lower initial bending modulus of elasticity, 200% or more tensile elongation at break and 5 or less molecular weight distribution MWD.
