PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and continuously feed a fixed amount of powder from the supply hole of a supply tank filled with powder. SOLUTION: A stirring bar 33, a wheel 37 with teeth and a screw conveyor 34 are disposed in a supply tank 32, powder is stirred by the stirring bar 33 to prevent bridging, the powder is pushed into the groove portion of the screw conveyor 34 by the wheel 37 with teeth, and power is sequentially fed by being pushed out of a supply hole 47 by the screw conveyor 34.
