PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam processor offering reduced cost, less installation volume, high performance and ease of use. SOLUTION: In this steam processor, steam generated from a cooker is sucked from a steam suction port 7a through a suction air channel 7 together with surrounding air by a fan motor 11 and then steam and air are directed to a branch air channel, a discharge air channel 17 and discharge ports 17a. The discharge ports 17a are placed at two sides in front of the steam suction port 7a to positively dilute water contained in steam, and are changed in its direction of discharge corresponding to the installation of the steam processor.
