PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyegrounds photographing device capable of simultaneously photographing an eyeground with lights of different wavelength, and thereby, measuring a state of containing oxygen in a random part of the eyeground without being influenced by changes with the passage of time in the states of eyeground. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a photographing illuminating optical system 10 for illuminating an eyeground and an eyegrounds photographing optical system 16 for photographing the illuminated eyeground. In the system 16, a first dichroic mirror 30a for separating a reflected light from the eyeground into a plurality of optical paths of different wavelength, a single area sensor 15 for receiving the reflected light and a second dichroic mirror 30b for guiding the plurality of optical paths to the area sensor 15 in a state that they are close each other, and also provided with filters 31, 32 for transmitting the lights in a specific wavelength band on each separated optical path.
