PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a patient to easily execute roll-over for the treatment of a bedsore part or the prevention of a bedsore by spreading sheets on a bed, laying a mattress on it, moving the patient with the mattress sideward by means of a driving motor and permitting the patient to lie on his or her side or face through the use of return boards at both bed sides. SOLUTION: The driving motor 11 is attached to the lower part of the bed and the sheets 2 and 3 with a cushion mat are put through under the mattress 10 with the rollers 5 and 6 in each corner and the return board on a side surface and returned to the driving motor 4 with the opposite side return board 1 after going around. Then the patient is moved sideward with the mattress 10 where he or she is lying on and his or her lying posture is changed from a lying-on the back state into a lying-on the face state by the return boards 1 at the both bed sides. Thus, the patient is horizontally moved with the mattress 10 where he or she is lying on so that the patient is optionally changed from the lying-on the back state into the lying-on the side or face state. Then a diaper or a sheet is easily exchanged and the bed sore part is easily treated or the like. |
