<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for regenerating polyester moldings, which can provide polyester products having the heat resistance and mechanical properties intrinsic to a polyester even if the moldings contain organic impurities, when moldings of polyester polymers are regenerated into the products. SOLUTION: A process for regenerating moldings of polyester polymers, which contain at least 0.01 wt.% of organic impurities, wherein a polyester polymer is reacted with 0.01-3 wt.%, based on the molding, of a bisoxazoline compound represented by the formula (wherein R1-R8 are each H or a monovalent organic group, X is a divalent organic group, and n is 0 or 1), to cause the polyester polymer to have an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5-1.1.</p> |
