PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quality of a paved surface, and improve maintenance performance of spraying nozzles. SOLUTION: In a rolling vehicle provided with spraying nozzles for spraying solution on a surface of a rolling wheel (a tire 2) of a driving side, a drive motor of the tire 2 is composed of a wheel motor, and an opening 24 is formed on a car body 7 so that a solution spraying state of the spraying nozzles can be watched from a driver's seat 6 may become possible. Moreover, the opening 24 is formed so that the spraying nozzles can be maintained from an upper side of the car body 7.
