PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable irregular cutting device to improve a yield and eliminate a manual work burden, a vegetable cutting machining device including the vegetable irregular cutting device, and a through automatic vegetable cutting machining plant. SOLUTION: Vegetables linearly conveyed through push from a rear and long in one direction are cut, in order, and divided into a plurality of vegetable pieces. In a so formed vegetable irregular cutting device, vegetables V are inserted in a part where a plurality of blades K1 and K2 cross the vegetables V, and a vegetable passable cylindrical body or a gutter-form body 10 is situated thereat. The section of the cylindrical body or the gutter-form body 10 is slightly wider than that of a vegetable passage so that the vegetable passage is supported from below and sideways movement of the vegetable V is constrained. The cylindrical body or the gutter-form body 10 is stretched in the moving direction of the vegetables V and to the front and the rear of the blades K1 and K2 long enough to allow holding of the vegetable pieces and moreover, gaps 15 and 16 are provided in a portion, where the blades K1 and K2 cross, in a manner to prevent the crossing blades K1 and K2 from making contact therewith.
