PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal exhaust-casting method and device, with which even in the case of being a thin cast product, a good cast product can be formed in a simple device and at a low cost. SOLUTION: Plural metallic molds 10, 12, in which a cavity 26 for pouring the molten metal is formed and at least one side thereof 11, 12 is shiftably arranged, and a metallic mold shifting device of a hydraulic cylinder 6, etc., for shifting the metallic mold 12, are arranged. In the metallic molds 10, 12, a molten metal exhausting hole 20, with which the molten metal in the cavity 26 can flow out in the state of closing the metallic mold 12, is arranged and a runner 24 for recovering the exhausting molten metal is arranged.
