PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adverse effect on and around a fixed shaft during ultrasonic resin welding and maintain low cost and stable quality. SOLUTION: A pump case 104 storing a magnet type impeller 106 includes a suction port side casing 108 provided with a suction port 113 and a discharge port side casing 109 provided with a discharge port 115 in a side wall portion. A ultrasonic resin welded joint between the suction port side casing 108 and the discharge port side casing 109 is provided between the suction port 113 and the discharge port 115. The concentration of energy generated in welding on and around the center of a partition wall portion 105 is thus prevented.
