PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply and efficiently collecting sweat in a short time without causing burden on a subject. SOLUTION: In this method of collecting sweat, a small container filled with water containing alcohol as a solvent is pressed against the predetermined part of one hand to dip skin with the solvent, then the sweat is collected by dissolving the sweat from the skin in the solvent. Moreover, in this method, when collecting the sweat, the quantity of perspiration at a part of the other hand corresponding to the part in which the sweat is collected is measured. The quantity of measured perspiration is considered as the quantity of collected sweat to monitor the quantity of the sweat.
