PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fluidize a solid curing agent, to improve stability, and to enable the long-term preservation by dispersing the solid curing agent in a liquid dispersant, regulating solubility of a solid component, and blending diluent having a prescribed specific gravity. SOLUTION: As a curing agent composition for curing a radical-curing resin, solid organic peroxide such as benzoyl peroxide is uniformely mixed with and dispersed in a liquid dispersant such as silicone oil and water as a curing agent, and solubility of a solid component is set not more than 0.4% at the normal temperature. A mineral of powder such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, quartz sand and a glass microballoon is blended as diluent to prevent precipitation of a dispersed solid composnent so that a specific gravity of the diluent is set to 0.8 to 1.2 times a specific gravity of the diepersant. Thus, a solid curing agent is dispersed in a liquid dispersant to be fluidized, and is uniformly mixed with the radical-curing resin to be cured, and stability is improved by regulating the solubility so that the long-term preservation can be performed.
