PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for motor-driven blind capable of inclining a slat accurately at a desired angle. SOLUTION: A slat control method comprises the step of rotating a drum by a drum rotating angle value corresponding to a desired value of inclination angle by a computer so as to incline a slat when the desired value of slat inclination angle is input into the computer storing a drum rotating angle value from a reference point corresponding to each inclination angle from the horizontal position of the slat. A drum diameter, slat width, slat inclination angle, and drum rotating angle calculated value calculated from the length ranging from a first slat of a rudder cord to the drum are stored in a memory, one or more slat inclination angle test values are input in full opening and full closing directions, inclined slat angles are actually measured, and the actually measured values are collated with the test values to substitute the measured values with the calculated and corrected values.
