PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the food-having double laver which enhances the processability and additional value of laver, by combining the food with the laver having excellent nutrition and excellent taste to develop the simple food except side dishes, in order to diversify the uses of the laver, and to provide a method for producing the food-having double laver. SOLUTION: This food-having laver is obtained by electrically roasting laver at a temperature of 180 to 250 deg.C, coating the inside surface of the lower laver with a diluted adhesive composition, adhering the food to the inside surface, adhering the upside laver to the food, drying the laminated product at a temperature of 40 to 60 deg.C for 10 hr, cutting the dried laminated product, and then packaging the cut dried laminated product together with a desiccant. |
