PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart boiling resistance and design having a high-grade feeling by forming a primer coating paint film layer composed of epoxy resin paint on a surface in an FRP(fiber reinforced plastic) bathtub and a final coating paint film layer composed of acrylic urethane resin paint on it. SOLUTION: In an FRP bathtub, a primer coating paint film layer A is obtained by applying epoxy resin paint, an intermediate coat pattern design paint film layer B is obtained by applying epoxy resin paint or acrylic urethane resin paint, and a final coating paint film layer is obtained by applying acrylic urethane resin paint. Particularly, the epoxy resin paint of the primer coating paint film layer A is the essential requirements for maintaining adhesion with the FRP bathtub and boiling resistance. Then, after drying the primer coating paint film layer A, the final coating paint film layer C or the intermediate coat design pattern paint film layer B is formed on it. When applying the transparent final coating paint film layer C on this intermediate coat design pattern paint film layer B, the FRP bathtub being excellent in luster and having pattern design having a deep feeling and a high-grade feeding can be formed. |
