PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective packaging apparatus for agricultural products, in which a rest time of the operation of an automatically boxing means is short and whose operating efficiency is high. SOLUTION: A selective packaging apparatus for agricultural products comprises a plurality of collection conveyors for collecting agricultural products according to the agricultural products sorted and divided, two lines of boxing standby conveyors 301, 302 for making a plurality of groups of the agricultural products to be boxed and packaged standby separately, two box standby portions 601, 602 for making packaging boxes standby, a pack stacking and holding unit 8 for stacking and holding tray packs on which the agricultural products P are set, a pack take-out/fit-in means 7 for taking out the tray pack and fitting it into the packaging box on standby, and an automatically boxing means 9 for boxing the agricultural products into the packaging box 620 which is on standby at the box standby portions and into which the tray pack is fitted. Each of the boxing standby conveyors 301, 302 is operated in cooperation with each other so as to accept a group of the agricultural products selected from among the plural groups of the agricultural products on the collection conveyors and sent out.
