PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the action of the torsional moment to a frame material caused by the relative displacement between an outer wall plate and an inner wall plate and to prevent the deformation of the frame material and a window frame by connecting the frame material constituting the window frame directly or indirectly to one of the outer wall plate and the inner wall plate, and connecting it to the other relatively displaceably. SOLUTION: Cover materials 8, 9 are connected to an outer wall plate 1 and an inner wall plate 2 respectively at a proper interval in the longitudinal direction. An overhanged piece 51 is formed on the outer peripheral side of a frame material 5 and is connected to the connecting piece 81 of the outside cover material 8 via a waterproof material 12. A support member 13 having a connecting piece 131 is overlapped on the overhung piece 51, the connecting piece 131 is pinched between pinching pieces 91 formed on the depth piece 92 of the inside cover material 9, and the frame material 5 is held by the inside cover material 9. Since the connecting piece 131 is pinched between the pinching pieces 91 slidably in the longitudinal direction of the frame material 5, the frame material 5 and the inside cover material 9 are made relatively displaceable.
