PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print the same pattern as an original image in a short time and faithfully reproduce even a complicated gradation (color and color tone) through a single duplication process by printing the pattern (a toner-sticking layer) printed on a short fiber sheet. SOLUTION: A short fiber sheet 1 is used which comprises transparent or opaque short fibers 12 temporarily bonded, in a bristling state, on one of the faces of a sheet base material 11. Further, a toner-sticking layer 2 color-printed using a color duplicator is formed on the short fiber-bonded face of the short fiber sheet 1. In addition, an adhesive layer 5 is applied to the surface of the toner-sticking layer 2 to easily obtain the high-quality transfer sheet in a short time.
