PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an image with which an initial change can be precisely diagnosed and which is suitable for storage. SOLUTION: When fluorescent photographing, a changeover mirror 14 is pulled up and visible fluorescent filters 5, 9 or infrared fluorescent filters 6, 10 is inserted into optical paths to set a reading time and a reading rate from a monochrome camera 18 into a digital image recording means 24 by a setting means 28. For example, the reading rate is changed according to a fluorescence emission time. In visible fluorescent photographing, as the time from implantation of a fluorescent agent, 10 images per 8-20 seconds or 5 images per 20-40 seconds in which drastic changes can be seen is adopted. During the reading time into the digital image recording means 24, a halogen lamp source 1 is brightest, and photographing is executed with a numeric keypad while watching display S on a video monitor 26.
