PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight-equipped fishing float that can extend its flying distance by attaching a weight with a specified value of specific weight to the lowermost edge side of the float body thereby further lowering the center of gravity of the fishing float. SOLUTION: This weight-equipped fishing float is prepared by arranging a weight 2 on the lowermost edge side of a float body 1 where the specific gravity of this weight 2 is made larger than that of lead metal. In a preferred embodiment, the weight is formed in a shape that is tapered off upward to the float body. Since the weight 2 can be miniaturized in its size even in the case that its weight is same, the position of the gravity center of the weight itself can be shifted downward whereby the gravity center of the fishing float shifts down to the lower part.
