A conveyor belt which comprises a cover layer of a first rubber compound containing a cold resistant plasticizer therein and a cord layer of a second rubber compound which has a plurality of cords embedded therein, the belt further comprising a reservoir layer composed of a third rubber compound impregnated with a cold resistant plasticizer having a solidifying temperature of not more than -55.degree.C in an amount of 40-80 % by weight based on the third rubber compound and enveloped in the cover layer, wherein the third rubber compound has been vulcanized lightly prior to the impregnation with the plasticizer so as to have a green strength sufficient for processing after the impregnation with the plasticizes.
