PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for growing and setting aquatic plants capable of setting the plants even in places where the setting of the plants have been impossible because of big waves and big flow velocities. SOLUTION: This method for growing and setting aquatic plants is to form an artificial floating island A by forming a base 1 with porous concrete having internal continuous pores and installing floating bodies 3 to float on a water surface, raise aquatic plants 12 on the floating island A, grow the aquatic plants 12 by floating the floating island A on a water region with soft waves, then move the floating island A to a setting spot and sink it onto water bottom 14. |
