PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary device capable of reducing a variation in a composite torque of those torques generated by a plurality of drive jacks so as to obtain a stable rotating force. SOLUTION: A crank 9 is installed on a rotating shaft, a connection plate 12 for drive jack is installed on the crank 9, and a plurality of drive jacks 28a, 28b, 28c,... operated hydraulically are disposed on the connection plate 12 so that their centerlines are not aligned with each other in order to rotate the rotating shaft by the drive jacks 28a 28b, 28c,.... |
