PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent for dry cleaning having more detergent activities, lower volume resistivity and higher safety, and generating a smaller amount of static electricity, as compared with a detergent comprising a single silicone oil. SOLUTION: This detergent for dry cleaning comprises 95.0-99.9 wt.% volatile silicone oil having 95-220 deg.C boiling point, and 0.1-5 wt.% surfactant soluble in the silicon oil, and has <=1×1010Ω.cm volume resistance.
