PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame retardant polyolefin sheet having a high strength and excellent in operating efficiency such as wrapping without producing strong acids or toxic substances at the time of incineration or recycling processing. SOLUTION: This flame retardant polyolefin sheet comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin and 0.5-5 pts.wt. of red phosphorus having <=10μm average particle diameter. At this time, a tacky adhesive agent layer is preferably formed on at least one surface of the flame retardant polyolefin sheet.
