PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition intended to improve an impact strength by a small amount of a rubber component to keep the excellent characteristics such as rigidity and heat resistance originally possessed by a thermoplastic polyester. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition is obtained by formulating (A) 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin, with (B) 1-100 pts.wt. rubber-based polymer having an epoxy group, and (C) a polytetrafluoroethylene-containing mixed powder comprising polytetrafluoroethylene particles having <=10μm particle diameters and an organic polymer, so that the amount of the polytetrafluoroethylene component may be 0.0001-20 pts.wt.
