PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive dye for obtaining dark-blue dyed and printed materials being excellent in fastness by selecting a polyazo compound having a triazine group or a salt of the compound. SOLUTION: A polyazo compound represented by formula 1 [wherein one of X1 and X2 is hydroxy and the other is amino; R1 and R2 are each sulfo, (substituted) 1-4C alkyl, (substituted) 1-4C alkoxy or halogen; m and n are each an integer of 0-2; R3 and R4 are each H or (substituted) alkyl; D1 and D2 are each (substituted)phenyl or (substituted)naphthyl, and at least one of D1 and D2 is substituted for -SO2-CH=CH2 or -SO2-CH2CH2Q' (wherein Q' is a group desorbed with an alkali action; Y is Cl, F, Br, a (substituted)pyridinio group or a group represented by formulas II-IV; R5 and R6 are H or (substituted)alkyl; R7 is (substituted)phenyl or (substituted)naphthyl; T1 is -CH2-, -O-, -S-, -SO2- or -NR8-; R8 is the same as R5; and u is an integer of 1-3] or its salt is used. This compound (containing its salt) is useful for dyeing of a material containing an OH group and/or a carboxylic acid amide group.
