摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject molding material capable of giving molded products which have excellent mechanical properties including flexural strength and flexural rigidity and appearance and are improved in weld strength and impact strength esp. falling ball impact strength irrespective of its apparent density, without substantially aggravating its injection moldability. SOLUTION: This molding material comprises (A) 30-99 wt.% of polypropylene-based resin pellets comprising a polypropylene-based resin and 10-90 wt.% of inorganic fibers each having a length of 3-100 mm nearly the same as that of each of the pellets and arranged in parallel to one another, (B) 1-50 wt.% of a flexible polypropylene-based resin having (1) a tensile modulus of 100-800 MPa and (2) a melting point of 140-170 deg.C, and (C) 0-69 wt.% of a polypropylene-based resin.
