PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with both efficient roll control on a turning road and good comfortableness at straight traveling on a general road. SOLUTION: A torsion part 22 of a stabilizer 20 having tips of arm parts 24L, 24R connected to lower links 11L, 11R of left and right suspensions through connecting rods 26L, 26R is divided into a left half part 23L and a right half part 23R, and the divided part is provided with a clutch mechanism 40. The clutch mechanism 40 engages the left half part to the right half part to exhibit stabilizing function at high speed traveling or turning while disengaging at low speed straight traveling.
