PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subject laminated foam sheet capable of preventing the peel of a skin material at high temp. SOLUTION: An adhesive resin layer 18 with an m.p. of 100-160 deg.C and having crystallinity with energy of crystallization of 35-100 J/g is formed on a laminated foam sheet 10 wherein non-foamed layers 14 comprising a thermoplastic resin as a substrate resin is laminated on both surfaces of a foam layer 12 comprising a heat-resistant resin as a substrate resin. An adhesive resin layer 18 comprising a laminated film of a polyolefinic film and a polystyrenic film is formed on the laminated foam sheet 10 so that the polystyrenic film comes into contact with the surface of the non-foamed layer of the laminated foam sheet 10. Further, a skin material 20 is laminated through the adhesive resin layer 18.
